Data and technology risk
Quotes, candles, news, macro data, exchange status, calculations, APIs, AI outputs, and third-party services can be delayed, stale, incomplete, interrupted, or wrong. RSG Alpha uses fail-safe and NO TRADE states to reduce reliance on missing evidence, but no software control eliminates risk.
No automatic order placement
The current RSG Alpha website is designed for analysis and recordkeeping and does not automatically place brokerage orders. Users should verify order details directly with their broker.
Regulatory review
The platform's final commercial model, marketing, personalization, securities analysis, and compensation structure require qualified legal review before paid launch. This disclosure is not a substitute for that review.
