01 · Market → Technical → Macro → News

Sample inputs: Market 65, Technical 80, Macro 50, News 60. These are illustrative values, not current observations about SPY.

02 · Evidence Score

80 × 45% + 65 × 20% + 50 × 20% + 60 × 15% = 68. The score describes direction, not an expected return or probability of winning.

03 · Confirmation Engine

At the sample 9:37 AM Eastern time, the first five-minute candle is complete. The first 15-minute candle is still pending until 9:45 AM.

04 · Risk Guard and Data Confidence

Quote source: demo only. Quote freshness and catalyst risk: not verified. A displayed score does not establish that data is fresh or risk checks are clear.

05 · Decision: NO TRADE. Why?

The sample score of 68 does not meet the 75 bullish or 25 bearish threshold. Opening confirmation is pending and demo data is unverified. The walkthrough places no order.

  2. 02 · Confirmation

Original stock plan: entry $581.00, invalidation $580.50, target $582.00. The later path crosses invalidation before reaching the target. No option contract, order, fill or realized loss is simulated.

  4. 04 · Record and review

Compare the original assessment with the later invalidation. Record the unsuccessful outcome as well as the original reasoning; this single invented example is not performance evidence.

Confirmation checklist: review every condition.

A score or the 09:45 candle close is not enough on its own. Read the panel's state and explanations; the examples assume the checks they describe have passed.

  1. Direction and stateDirectional thresholds are 75–100 for CALL bias and 0–25 for PUT bias; 26–74 is NO TRADE. A bias is not confirmation or a win probability.
  2. Seven candle viewsDirectional confirmation requires current, completed 1-minute, 5-minute, 15-minute, 30-minute, hourly, daily and weekly candles, plus the other checks. Review any disagreement or missing data shown by the panel.
  3. Opening and sessionFor stocks, the regular session is 09:30–16:00 ET. The first 5-minute candle completes at 09:35 and the first 15-minute candle at 09:45. Wait for the complete sequence; the clock alone does not enable an entry.
  4. Quote and dataVerify the source, the quote's own timestamp, quote quality and required data. A successful refresh does not prove the quote is current. Missing or stale required inputs keep the setup blocked.
  5. Events and risk checksReview catalysts, macro events, and safety or session checks. An active block prevents confirmation even when the score reaches a threshold.
  6. Plan and limitationsReview invalidation and scenario limitations. Stock levels do not forecast an option's return; contract terms, position size and loss budget need separate review.

This checklist explains the process; it does not run the live engine or guarantee that a setup qualifies.

These examples explain the process. They do not run the live engine, place orders or send alerts. They contain no option-contract data; their stock levels do not forecast option returns.

Understand the limits

Evidence scores and confirmation states are not win probabilities. Data may be delayed or incomplete. Trading can result in loss of principal, and no plan guarantees returns.

Understand the evidence behind the label.

The current Evidence Score is a rules-based weighted calculation. Its direction, data checks, and confirmation states serve different purposes.

Four inputs, one directional score

Technical × 45% + Market × 20% + Macro × 20% + News × 15%. The result is rounded and limited to 0–100.

Technical inputs include moving averages and Bollinger Bands. The Market component uses price change versus the previous close; Macro and News contribute their own component scores.

A lower score supports the bearish side. A higher score supports the bullish side. Neither is a measured chance of success.

Direction is only part of the decision

75–100
CALL BIAS threshold
26–74
NO TRADE in the decision panel
0–25
PUT BIAS threshold

These are score thresholds before blocking checks. Quote quality, catalyst risk, session rules, and other safeguards can prevent an actionable state even when a threshold is met.

A number is not proof of complete data

Missing Market, Macro, or News inputs can use a neutral value of 50. Without a usable Technical score, the combined score is unavailable. Safeguards can also suppress the displayed score.

Check the feed warnings and timestamps alongside the score. A successful refresh records a request; it does not prove that the underlying quote is current.

Different panels may retain historical context or apply additional checks. Read the state and explanation shown on the panel you are using.

Claims need evidence of their own.

This page publishes no verified win rate, return history, or independently audited performance record. Product screens and illustrative examples are not evidence of investment results.

What a validation report should disclose

  • Rule version, date range, instruments, and sample size.
  • Whether results are hypothetical, paper-traded, or live.
  • Entry and exit assumptions, fees, slippage, and missing data.
  • Losses, drawdowns, excluded observations, and out-of-sample results.

Public validation reporting is planned. No completion date or performance outcome is promised.

Learn to read the platform.

Five short lessons available here. Open a lesson to read the explanation and try a practice prompt. These lessons explain the platform; they do not recommend a trade.

01 Read a score without turning it into a promise

The Evidence Score describes the balance of the configured inputs. An 80 is not an 80% win probability, and a 20 does not mean weak bearish evidence. The scale is directional: higher is more bullish, lower is more bearish.

Practice: A hypothetical score is 80, but quote quality is blocked. Describe the bullish evidence and the data limitation separately; the score does not override the block.

Review the calculation and thresholds →
02 Separate refresh time from quote time

A refresh timestamp describes when the platform fetched data. A quote timestamp describes the market observation itself. A recent request can return an older quote, especially outside the stock session.

Practice: A request completed now, but the quote is from the previous close. Describe it as recently fetched historical data, not a fresh live price. Read the feed status before interpreting a signal.

03 Understand the opening confirmation sequence

The stock regular-session gate runs from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time. The first five-minute candle covers 9:30–9:35 AM, and the first 15-minute candle completes at 9:45 AM. These are two of seven candle views. Directional confirmation also requires current 1m, 30m, 1h, daily, and weekly frames, plus the other data and risk checks.

Crypto uses a separate 24/7 market context. Stock opening times should not be applied to it.

Practice: At 9:37 AM, the first five-minute candle is complete but the first 15-minute candle is not. Explain why session eligibility alone cannot confirm a trade.

04 Read NO TRADE and blocked states

NO TRADE can reflect a score between the directional thresholds or a blocking check. Missing data, quote quality, catalyst risk, and session restrictions are distinct reasons to inspect. A displayed historical analysis is not necessarily an actionable current setup.

Practice: Find the explanation attached to a waiting or blocked state. Write down what is missing and what the platform says must change. A label without its reason is incomplete context.

05 Review decisions without rewriting the past

A useful journal distinguishes what was visible at the decision time from what became known later. Record the symbol, time, displayed evidence, data limitations, confirmation state, and your reasoning. Keep the original entry when adding an outcome or reflection.

Practice: Compare the original reasoning with the later outcome. Identify one process observation without assuming that a winning outcome proves a sound decision or that a losing outcome disproves one.

Recorded lessons, expanded courses, and public validation reports are future work. This starter guide does not award certification or track course completion.
