RSG Alpha is a market-intelligence and decision-support platform operated by RSG Capital Investments LLC. It presents market data, rules-based evidence, research context, risk controls, journaling, and analytical tools. Users remain responsible for their own decisions.
No brokerage or order execution
RSG Alpha does not place brokerage orders through this website. Displayed CALL, PUT, confirmation, evidence, plan, target, invalidation, or NO TRADE states are analytical outputs and do not guarantee any outcome.
Risk and data limitations
Trading securities and options can result in substantial losses. Market data, news, calculations, third-party feeds, and AI-assisted analysis may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. Users should independently verify information before acting.
Accounts and acceptable use
Existing-account access is for authorized users only. Users must protect their credentials and may not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, scrape protected data contrary to applicable rights, or misuse the platform.
Commercial terms not yet active
Displayed subscription prices and feature allocations are provisional. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, dispute, and paid-service terms will be published before checkout is enabled.
Legal review required
RSG Capital Investments LLC should obtain securities/regulatory and consumer-terms review before paid launch, including review of whether the product's actual activities trigger registration, licensing, disclosure, or other obligations.
